Shipping Within Australia
FREE SHIPPING with Australia Post. Your order will be shipped from Melbourne, Australia with online tracking and will require a signature upon delivery.
An upgrade to Express Post is available upon checkout. Please use the Australia Post delivery calculator to estimate the date of your delivery:
You will receive an e-mail from Australia Post with the tracking ID once your parcel is on its way from our hands to yours.
FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING with Australia Post. Your order will be shipped from Melbourne, Australia via standard airmail. Please note this shipping method does NOT include tracking.
An upgrade to Australia Post’s Pack and Track Service is available and highly recommended. This service offers International tracking and delivery within 4 to 12 business days.
Alternatively if you need it quickly Express International Courier is also available upon checkout (estimated delivery window of 3-6 business days).

International Customers please note – I am shipping from Melbourne, Australia. Any import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. I cannot accept responsibility for any customs issues or refusals.
If you are concerned about your country’s customs laws, please investigate before purchase. If a package comes back to me from customs in the original condition, I will refund your money minus shipping charges.

All Max & Me orders are packaged with the utmost care to protect them during transit and will be shipped to the address provided upon checkout. Please check your delivery address is correct before ordering.
