All our personalised products are custom made especially for you and great things take time.  Our current turnaround between ordering and shipping is currently 3-5 business days. Please contact usif you require your order urgently and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.  

Cut-off Dates

** Due to the impact of COVID19 there are still some delays within the global and domestic shipping networks.   Your parcel may take longer to arrive than usual.  Refunds will not be issued for shipping delays.  **

Christmas 2021

If your order is required for Christmas Day please order PRIOR to the following dates to ensure it arrives in time

International:  November 20th– tracked airmail 
(Please note that upgrading to Express International Courier service is highly recommended at this busy time of year)
International: December 1st – Express International Courier upgrade only 
Australia wide: December 5th – standard parcel post
Australia wide: December 12th – Express post only

Mother’s Day – (Sunday May 8 2022) 

If your order is required for Mother’s Day please order PRIOR to the following dates to ensure it arrives in time:

International: 5th April – standard airmail
(Please note that upgrading to Australia Post’s Pack & Track service is highly recommended at this busy time of year)
International: 17th April – Express International Courier upgrade only
Australia wide: 16th April – standard parcel post
Australia wide: 23rd April – Express post 

Father’s Day (International orders) cut-off dates for custom made items

The date for Father’s Day varies in different countries, so we strongly recommend ordering at least 3 weeks prior to Father’s Day. 
We also highly recommend upgrading to Pack & Track or Express International Courier during this peak time.

If your order is required for Father’s Day please order PRIOR to the following dates to ensure it arrives in time:

Australia wide: 20th August – standard parcel post
Australia wide: 29th August – Express post only (optional shipping upgrade available at checkout)
